RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days to change your mind.
1. Time limit
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item, without giving a reason: this is your right of withdrawal. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one. For a pre-order, it starts when you receive the item.
2. Conditions
To be refunded, the item must be:
- unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
- with all its tags;
- in its original packaging.
If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, the refund may be reduced by the loss in value.
Personalised or made-to-measure items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
3. How to return an item
- Email us at support.narcissique@kelawin.xyz with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You can also use the form at the bottom of this page.
- We'll reply with the return instructions.
- Within 14 days of letting us know, send your parcel marked "Retour NARCISSIQUE" with your order number to:

Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Please let us know before sending your parcel so we can process your return quickly.
4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by you. If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we cover all costs and send you a prepaid label.
5. Refunds
We refund you no later than 14 days after your return request. We may wait until we have received the parcel, or your proof of shipping, before refunding.
The refund goes to the payment method used for the order and includes the original delivery cost at the standard rate. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
6. Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. For another size or item, return your order for a refund, then place a new order on the site. Availability of the new size is not guaranteed.
7. Faulty, damaged or wrong item
Check your order as soon as you receive it. If there is a problem, email support.narcissique@kelawin.xyz with photos. We'll send you the right item or refund you, at our cost.
You are also covered by the legal guarantees:
- the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code);
- the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
